Cedar of Lebanon, Cedrus libani

Cedar of Lebanon, a deep acting extract when taken in full doses acts as a protection for the skin and boosts the function of the liver and kidneys.

Why Lauren loves Cedar of Lebanon Gemmo:

While most skin symptoms are cleared with support for the nervous system and elimination systems it’s good to know there is a back-up plan.  That’s exactly how I see Cedar of Lebanon, the extract to use when skin symptoms persist.

The Cedar of Lebanon Tree

The Cedar of Lebanon is a beautiful conifer with slow but prolonged growth.  It finally reaches a height of 75 to 120 feet (25 to 40 meters) and in some cases even 180 feet (60 m). It is endowed with exceptional longevity and can live up to 3000 years. The tree prefers acidic well-drained soil in full sun. It thrives in warm, dry summers and cool, moist winters. Its fragrant wood resists all pests.  It was frequently used in the carpentry of the temples. The word Cedrus comes from the Greek word kedros which means power.
