Wild Privet, Lygustrum vulgare

Wild Privet is a harmonizer of mucosal linings.  It’s primary action is on those of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract. But it also resolves inflammation in the ocular, vaginal, and digestive mucosal linings.

Why Lauren Wild Privet Gemmo

While not a commonly used extract it is a reliable resource when addressing all deep inflammation of the mucosal lining.

Wild Privet Shrub

This evergreen shrub can reach 9 feet (3 meters), and due to its fine, shallow rhizomatous root system it is highly invasive, crowding out all other plants. It is native to Europe and western Asian and has naturalized in North America. Wild Privet grows within and along the edge of deciduous woodlands and in hedgerows.

Traditional medicine has used infusions and decoctions of leaves for their anti-diarrheal and intestinal astringent properties, or in gargling in cases of mouth disorders.

Within the Restoring Immunity System

There is a mild action not yet studied in microdose.
