Walnut boosts the function of two systems. The first is to the mucosal linings of entire digestive system, the urinary system, skin, and the vagina and secondly it boosts the ability of the pancreas to produce insulin. It also harmonizers the Central Nervous System in a microdose and the thyroid in full dose, offering support to those with hypothyroid.

The Walnut Tree
The English Walnut needs a lot of space and light, it can grow up to 100 feet (30 meters).
This solitary tree “ prevents other plants from growing around it, producing an aromatic substance, juglone, which is being investigated as an anticancer agent. It can live up to 400 years, loves deep, rich, well drained and slightly clay-like soil, not too dry or too wet.
In mythology it is both a tree of life and death; a symbol of earthly life and life in the hereafter.

Nervous System Support
In a microdise Walnut harmonizes the central nervous system calming fears of being with others and interacting with the extrernal world. The lack of safety is felt as a need to protect physical body, creating external barriers for safety. A keynote of this extract is a great desire to be alone.
